activation in the lateral right atrium during AF, the focal
activation arose from the pulmonary vein, conducted over the
Bachmanns bundle, and appeared at the top of the right
atrium. A progressive conduction delay was seen in the lateral
right atrium, resulting in residual activation from the preceding
cycle and coexisting multiple wavelets in the lateral right
