Figure 2. A case of fulminant myocarditis, managed using intra-aortic balloon pumping and mechanical ventilator, showed that on day 7 when the CPK level peaked, Th1 dominant polarity was detected. In the healing phase, at day 14, T-cells with Th2 function dramatically increased and overcame Th1 T-cells. At day 20, Both Th1 and Th2 T-cells decreased.
