Instructions for Authors Updated (Circ J / Circ Rep)

On October 1, 2025, Circulation Journal and its sister journal Circulation Reports revised their editorial policies to allow the submission of manuscripts that have been posted on preprint servers.

In line with this revision, a new file category, “Preprint PDF (for Review Only),” has been added to the online submission system. When submitting a manuscript that has appeared on a preprint server, please upload the corresponding PDF under this category.
Please note that this file is solely intended to inform reviewers that the manuscript has been made publicly available as a preprint. It will not affect the content of the peer review process or the editorial decision-making.

Furthermore, once your manuscript is accepted and published in Circulation Journal or Circulation Reports, we kindly ask that you update the information on the preprint server accordingly./span>
